This policy explains how Bespoke Kitchens in London (“we”, “us”) handles personal data sent through this website, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if given), postcode, information about your project and any files you attach, such as photos or floor plans.

If analytics are enabled, we also collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, device type and approximate location — through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a measure, prepare a design and quote and, if you order, to deliver and install your furniture. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

Who we share it with

Only with those who help us deliver the service: our website host (Netlify), which receives form submissions; our London fitter, who needs your address and contact details to measure and install; and our transport provider for delivery. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for six years for accounting and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by sending a request through our enquiry form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate.
